Park Cities
Park Cities is the collective term usually applied to the two
Texas cities of Highland Park and University Park. Highland and
University Park are surrounded by Dallas, and generally have
the highest per-capita income in the area.
The cities are home
to Southern Methodist University, and house the most educated
population of Texas. There are many high quality apartments
in Park Cities . They are also known for their attractive homes,
beautiful parks, and numerous churches. The location of the
Parks in north-central Dallas provides easy access to a broad

Both cities are served by the Highland Park Independent School

Located at the corner of Hillcrest and Lovers Lane, its shops
and restaurants receive high accolades from citizens and visitors
alike. Preston Center, at the corner of Preston Road and Northwest

There are many wonderful shops and eateries along Preston Road
near Lovers Lane, on Lovers Lane near the Tollway and by SMU
